An established Ōhauiti property near Ohauiti Road usually has a defined, level lawn shape and a gate that’s been the same width for years — easy to assess once. A section on the newer hillside subdivisions toward Oropi is a different job: the lawn can be bigger but on a real grade, sometimes terraced, and a ride-on isn’t always the safer choice once the slope gets past a certain point.
We assess the actual grade, not just the address. A big hillside section and a smaller flat one a street apart can need entirely different machines.
